According to the HIG Immobilien Anlage Stiftung, the capital increase for the CH-Classico investment group, in which existing investors could participate, was "significantly oversubscribed".

The issue proceeds of CHF 60 million will be used, among other things, for the purchase of a larger property in Lucerne and invested in existing sustainable projects. According to the investment foundation, these include the Wydäcker residential complex in Zurich, flo&fleur in Liebefeld and Bachtelblick in Wetzikon. In all three developments, the heat is generated CO2-free. (ah)
