Admicasa Holding is satisfied with the course of the first half of 2022. Although the real estate group has recorded a decline in net revenues from deliveries and services: They fell from CHF 7.27 million in the first half of the previous year to now CHF 5.78 million. This was due to the company's own construction project in Watenschwil, which was recorded as "capitalized" in the balance sheet until completion and sale and was therefore missing from the income statement, Admicasa Holding said.

In contrast, sales in the Management and Administration segment increased (+18%), in particular due to the Terra Helvetica Investment Foundation. Admicasa is responsible for portfolio management, distribution and administration for this foundation.

Operating expenses amounted to CHF 5.5 million and were thus below the previous year's figure of CHF 8.1 million. The operating result (Ebit) reached CHF 0.51 million (previous year: CHF 0.40 million). The Ebit margin thus increased from 5.6% to 8.5%. The net result of CHF 0.23 million was above the previous year's figure (PY: 0.16 million). (ah)
