Real estate investor NAS Invest, private bank Bergos and Sollors & Co, a consulting firm specializing in corporate finance and asset management, are teaming up to provide investors with investment opportunities in real estate projects across different market cycles, they wrote in a statement.

According to its own statement, the NBS Alliance platform aims to cover investments across the entire capital structure and according to individual risk-return preferences. The first project to be acquired is the Horizon Tower Frankfurt-Eschborn as part of a club deal. NAS Invest will take over the real estate-related tasks such as transaction, asset and financing management, while Bankhaus Bergos and Sollors & Co will provide access to their respective core investors, the statement added.

Peter Raskin, CEO of Bergos, the private bank that emerged from Berenberg Bank, says investors can use the NBS Alliance "to invest alongside highly successful family entrepreneurs and institutional investors in unique properties that would otherwise be available only to a small group of investors."
