Capital increase of Avadis Investment Foundation was oversubscribed
The latest issue brought CHF 100 million into the coffers of the Avadis Immobilien Schweiz Wohnen Mittelzentren investment group.
Avadis Investment Foundation is satisfied with the performance of its Real Estate Switzerland Residential Mid-Centers investment group launched in 2020: The capital increase of CHF 100 million realized at the end of September was oversubscribed, and new co-founders joined the investment foundation, it says.
The fresh money will be used to expand and further develop the portfolio. The strategic growth target is CHF 500 million.
The investment group invests in locations that offer a high quality of life and surroundings and are within commuting distance of major centers. (ah)
