Fahrländer Partner and Streets cooperate
The data and analyses of the consulting and research company Fahrländer Partner will be integrated into Streets' portfolio management system. The cooperation is also to be extended abroad.
Fahrländer Partner (FPRE) and portfolio management system provider Streets have agreed to a partnership, the two companies announced.
The plan is to integrate the data and analyses created by FPRE into Streets. This includes the allocations of residential, office, commercial and industrial space as well as the analyses of specific micro-situations throughout Switzerland, FPRE and Streets say.
The system will thus also be able to call up FPRE benchmarks for net and gross rents and advance payments of ancillary costs, as well as for vacancy rates, vacancy rates and detailed location analyses, among other things. Further functions are to follow. (ah)
