Avenirplus seeks fresh capital
In order to take advantage of the turnaround in the residential real estate market, the investment foundation Avenirplus intends to carry out a capital increase.
The portfolio management team of the investment foundation Avenirplus observes a turnaround in the transaction market for multi-family houses: away from a seller's market to a buyer's market. In the current environment, "interesting purchase opportunities are seen that can be tied up at attractive conditions," writes the investment foundation in a statement. A capital increase should enable the desired expansion of the portfolio "with exciting properties in good locations and at attractive prices".
The capital increase is expected to reach a volume of up to CHF 50 million, the issue price is based on the net asset value as of November 30, 2022 and amounts to CHF 1,369.65 (indicative). The minimum subscription is CHF 100,000 and the subscription period runs until December 9, 2022.
The investment group invests in real estate assets throughout German-speaking Switzerland, with a focus on Bern and on residential properties. (ah)
