Fundamenta investment foundation raises 114 million
Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation has completed its fourth capital raising. In the process, the investor base grew to 138 pension funds.
The fourth capital increase has brought CHF 114 million into the Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation's coffers. This puts the volume at the upper end of the range of CHF 75 to 125 million, which the investment foundation had stated as the target volume when announcing the issue.
In a difficult market environment, the capital increase met with strong demand from existing and new investors, the investment foundation says. The investor base has broadened to 138 pension funds.
The proceeds of the issue are to be used for ongoing developments and planned repositionings in the portfolio as well as for the further expansion of the portfolio of the Swiss Real Estate investment group.
The Swiss Real Estate investment group invests directly in properties with residential and commercial uses in Switzerland, with a minimum share of rental income from residential use of 60%. (ah)
