Epic Suisse presents nine-month figures
Immobilien-AG reported total income of CHF 46.9 million for the first nine months of the current financial year.
Epic Suisse generated total revenues (rental income and other income) of CHF 46.9 million from Q1-Q3 for the investment properties in operation.
The fair value of the portfolio totaled CHF 1.49 billion as of the reporting date September 30, 2022. Of this amount, CHF 1.45 billion is attributable to investment properties in operation (December 31, 2021: 1.43 billion) and CHF 44 million to investment properties under development/construction (December 31, 2021: 32 million).
The real estate company's bank liabilities decreased to CHF 596 million as of September 30, 2022, down from CHF 733 million at year-end.
Epic Suisse puts the IFRS NAV at CHF 814 million. At the end of 2021, it stood at CHF 578 million. (ah)
