HIG Investment Foundation significantly increases total assets

HIG Investment Foundation achieved an investment return of 9.79% in fiscal year 2021/22. According to company information, it is the third best event in the 53-year history of the company.

The total assets of the investment foundation increased by 15.7% to CHF 1.422 billion, due to acquisitions, the commissioning of construction projects and investments in ongoing construction projects.

Total income made a jump of +34.2% to CHF 91.99 million compared to the previous year, while realized income decreased slightly by 2.6% to CHF 48.45 million. The rent default rate is 2.60%.
