SF Urban Properties leases in Basel and reports project progress

Since the last interim report at the half-year mark, there has been one important letting in Basel in particular: a contract was signed in the fourth quarter of the year under review with a commercial anchor tenant for 900 sqm of space at the Binningerstrasse/Innere Margarethenstrasse property on the Heuwaage, which was acquired in October 2021. According to a media release from SPGI, which acted on behalf of SF Urban Properties, the tenant is the music store Musik Hug, which is returning to Basel's city center after a guest appearance in Allschwil.

In addition, SF Urban Properties reports the following updates:

• The new construction Klusstrasse in Zurich has been completed. The last two transfers of ownership took place at the end of November 2022. The total investment costs of the promotion property with 1,240 sqm of saleable living space amount to CHF 18.7 million.
• For the planned new building on Minervastrasse in Zurich, the legally binding building permit for the realization of eight condominiums was obtained at the end of November 2022.
• The new construction project on Fuederholzstrasse in Herrliberg was officially started in the fourth quarter. (aw)
