Realstone RSF has leased 5,076 sqm of commercial space since April
The Realstone RSF fund reports the conclusion of leases in Lausanne, Fribourg, Le Grand-Saconnex (GE) and Givisiez (FR).
These commercial leases were signed in the period since April (rent data are annualized, excluding free rent):
- A contract for 1,704 sqm of commercial space was signed at the Chemin du Pavillon 2 property in Le Grand-Saconnex (GE), with a net rent of CHF 624,428.
- In the property Avenue de Sévelin 15 in Lausanne, 1,271 sqm were rented out (rental income: CHF 383,547).
- For the property Route des Arsenaux 6-8-10 in Fribourg, there was a deal for 1,136 sqm (net rent CHF 278,090).
- A 965 sqm space at Route du Mont Carmel 1-3-5 in Givisiez (FR) was leased for an annualized 206,975 CHF. (aw)
