Steiner Investment Foundation renames itself
With the new name Seraina Investment Foundation, the Steiner Group investment foundation wants to emphasize its independence. Cooperation with third parties, such as project developers, is planned.
Steiner established the investment foundation in 2016; it currently holds a portfolio of over 45 projects and the investment volume amounts to over CHF 1.4 billion. According to its own information, it is the largest investment foundation with a pure development focus.
Under the new name Seraina Investment Foundation or Seraina Invest, there are plans to cooperate more with other real estate service providers, including developers and total or general contractors or providers of additional services, the investment foundation says. "We are writing the next chapter of our success story," said Ajay Sirohi, president of the foundation board, commenting on the move. The market environment for real estate developments is becoming more challenging, he adds. "With our strategy of independence and diversification, we will be able to continue to grow solidly in the coming years."
A new partnership agreement has been concluded with Steiner AG. The company remains an important partner, Seraina Invest emphasizes. (ah)
