Immofonds buys office property in Zurich-Altstetten
As of January 1, Immofonds acquired a fully leased commercial property with 8,700 sqm of office and commercial space in Zurich-Altstetten.
The four-story property at Flüelastrasse 6-12 is located in the center of Altstetten, in the "Letzi" development area. This mixed zone of industrial, commercial and office buildings, leisure facilities and residential estates is to be densified into an urban district. The acquired real estate also includes a 4-room apartment. The property reportedly has "considerable potential for expansion". (aw).
