In December 2022, the investment group acquired a residential real estate portfolio with a market value of around CHF 350 million, according to its own statements. It consists of 33 residential properties, according to the statement "with very good location and property quality" in Swiss cities and their agglomerations. Due to the high share of residential use in the purchased package, the share of residential use in the property income increases from 67% to 69%.

The fresh capital expected from the opening is earmarked not only for purchases but also for the reduction of the leverage ratio and portfolio investments. The subscription period runs from February 1 to March 15, 2023, and the entitlements will be issued on April 5, 2023.

Portfolio value now at CHF 4.2 billion

Since its launch in 2009, the investment group has recorded a performance of 5.57% per year. This information is as of December 31, 2022, and the occupancy rate is 98%. As of the end of December, it holds 269 properties with a market value of approximately CHF 4.2 billion. (aw)
