Real estate fair IMMO 23 reports record number of participants
This year's IMMO 23, Swiss real estate fair for investors, attracted over 150 companies and nearly 4,000 participants to Zurich Oerlikon.

The organizers of IMMO 23 - MV Invest and Swiss Circle - report new highs for this year's fair, which took place on January 18 and 19. There were 151 national and international companies and 3,964 visitors, they wrote in a statement. This almost doubled the number of participants from the previous year. In particular, more international trade visitors attended, demonstrating the relevance of the Swiss real estate industry in an international context, MV Invest and Swiss Circle said.
At the accompanying IMMO Forum congress, there were 33 panel discussions with 126 speakers, including Martin Schlegel, Vice Chairman of the Governing Board of the Swiss National Bank. The events were broadcast live and simultaneously translated into French. The organizers counted 1,700 online viewings, and announced that the hybrid format would henceforth be a permanent concept component. The start-up area was also significantly expanded, with 15 young companies and a pitch program.
The next real estate fair, IMMO24, will take place on January 17 and 18, 2024 in Hall 622 in Zurich Oerlikon. (ah)
