Immo56 plans next issue in March
A capital increase is planned for the Immo56 fund in March 2023. According to Procimmo, the issue of new shares is expected to raise CHF 20 million.
According to the fund management, the fresh capital is intended primarily for development projects in the real estate portfolio. The subscription period is scheduled to start on March 13 and last until March 24. The targeted date for the payment is April 3.
The fund invests mainly in western Switzerland in residential and mixed-use properties in city centers, but also outside. The fund is managed by Solutions & Funds SA of Morges, and the asset manager is Procimmo SA. (aw)
