Hyrock places over CHF 1 billion in mortgages in 2022
The mortgage and real estate provider Hyrock is satisfied with the course of the business year. Mortgages with a volume of CHF 1.05 billion were newly placed or extended.

Of the CHF 1.05 billion in mortgages Hyrock says it placed or extended in fiscal 2022, CHF 270 million was for nontraditional loans such as bridge and forbearance financing. The average amount of a mortgage placed was CHF 6.1 million, the company says.
The management of the mortgage and real estate provider has been expanded: Thomas Hilpert heads the Mortgages & Financing division, while Andreas Hitz is responsible for the Real Estate division. Hilpert most recently worked for VP Bank in Liechtenstein, where he held the position of Head of Group Project Portfolio Management. Andreas Hitz's previous professional stations were Colliers, Zuger Kantonalbank and Bank Julius Baer. (ah)
