GR Immobilien Schweiz plans capital increase
In its third capital increase, the GR Immobilien Schweiz fund aims to raise CHF 40 to 60 million.
The proceeds are earmarked for the repayment of debt, a residential project in Ittigen (BE) and further acquisitions. The payment is expected to take place in June.
The fund invests almost exclusively in residential properties in central locations. The regional focus is the Espace Mittelland. The fund was launched in spring 2020 by the private bank Von Graffenried AG. As of the end of 2022, the fund had 17 properties with a total of 554 apartments and a total property value of CHF 231.13 million. (aw)
