Axa fund raises 220 million
Axa Vorsorge Fonds Immobilien Schweiz completed a CHF 220 million capital increase in February. The proceeds from the issue will be used to expand and diversify the property portfolio.
The total volume of the Axa Vorsorge Fonds Immobilien Schweiz currently comprises 79 properties with a total value of CHF 2.73 billion.
The fund is a non-listed real estate fund that invests exclusively in Swiss properties, primarily residential and commercial properties as well as mixed-use properties in high-growth regions. The share of residential properties is currently 59%.
The product is aimed exclusively at qualified investors in Switzerland. The real estate investments are managed by Axa Investment Managers. (aw)
