Swiss Life AST: Fresh capital for Real Estate Switzerland ESG investment group
According to information from IMMOBILIEN Business, the issue by the Swiss Life investment foundation was significantly oversubscribed.
From 1 February to 15 March 2023, the Swiss Life Investment Foundation's Real Estate Switzerland ESG investment group was open for subscription to existing and new investors. The target volume was CHF 350 million.
The capital measure has obviously met with very great interest on the market: As was heard at the MIPIM in Cannes, the now successfully completed issue was "significantly oversubscribed". (bw)
