Immo56: Capital increase raises CHF 13.6 million
The asset manager Procimmo SA has raised CHF 13.6 million on the capital market for the fund Immobilier-CH pour Institutionnels 56j.
According to Procimmo, the new funds will allow the fund to increase investments and improve profitability. "We are pleased that, despite a tight capital market, we have managed to raise the desired funds, allowing us to continue investing in our development projects," said Richard Dahdah, fund manager of the product.
The subscription period ran from March 13 to March 24, 2023, and the capital transaction was completed with the allotment and payment of 84,474 new fund units on April 3. (aw)
