Cronos Immo Fund grows to over 900 million
The Cronos Immo Fund acquired four new properties in Lausanne and Vevey (VD), Sion and Leytron (VS) in the 1st quarter.
The first purchase concerns a residential building in the heart of the city center of Lausanne. The property at 20 Rue Docteur César-Roux has good public transport links and an attractive rental reserve, the fund management company says. The second transaction involves the residential building Avenue de l'Ile Heureuse 11 in Vevey. In addition, the fund purchased the residential property Rue de la Blancherie 15 not far from the train station in Sion. Finally, two buildings under construction in Leytron, Rue des Pré-Clous, were purchased. These properties will be completed during 2024 and sold as condominiums. The sale is expected to generate a capital gain.
After these transactions, the total assets of the Fund amount to more than CHF 900 million, and the leverage ratio reaches 27.81 %. Two of the above transactions were carried out through contributions in kind with a total value of about 6.3 million. Through a capital increase, the Fund raised funds in the amount of CHF 32 million in the first quarter (IB reported). (aw)
