Berlin-based proptech Allmyhomes is tapping into a third foreign market, Switzerland, after Spain and Austria. The company specializes in the online sale of condominiums. As it writes in a statement, it is responsible for the marketing of two projects in Biel-Benken and in Disentis. The projects involve a total of 83 units with a project volume of just under CHF 135 million, it said. According to Florian Frey, CEO and founder of Allmyhomes, the company is negotiating further projects.

The first project is "Basel Gruen", which SRE Immobilien AG is developing at Jakobsweg 2+4 in Biel-Benken. By 2024, 16 residential units with a total living space of 1,700 sqm will be built.

The second project "Fontauna" is being built in Disentis; the developer is Immo Invest Partner AG. In addition to a hotel, a total of 23 second homes, 44 managed apartments and two commercial units will be built in five buildings by the end of 2025.

Allmyhomes says it is responsible for selling the units in both projects together with local sales partners Property One Basel, IT3 Immobilien and Deflorin. (ah)
