SPA Immobilien Schweiz: Investment group plans opening
The SPA Immobilien Schweiz investment group will open in mid-May. The issue is expected to raise CHF 80 to 160 million, according to Swiss Prime Investment Foundation.
The subscription period for the eleventh issue runs from Monday, May 15 to Friday, June 16. The capital is earmarked for acquisitions and to finance development projects, as well as to reduce the leverage ratio. The target volume is 3%, with a top-up option to 6%, which corresponds to a total of CHF 80 to 160 million.
The portfolio of the "SPA Immobilien Schweiz" investment group has grown to total assets of around CHF 3.7 billion since its launch in fall 2015. The vacancy rate is stated at 2.67%. The investment group closed the 2022 financial year with a return of 4.15%.
In addition, Swiss Prime Investment Foundation announces that the investment group "SPA Living+ Europe" remains open for subscriptions. New capital commitments can be submitted in Swiss francs or euros at any time, it says. (aw)
