Capital increase for Espace Real Estate
The subscription period for the capital increase of Espace Real Estate Holding starts on May 4. The real estate company expects net proceeds of CHF 36.5 million.
Espace Real Estate Holding intends to issue a good 240,000 new shares at a subscription price of CHF 154.00 per share. The net proceeds will amount to CHF 36.5 million and will flow into the concrete investment pipeline, according to the real estate company.
According to the company, the two anchor shareholders Artemis Real Estate AG and the Dr. Christoph M. Müller family have undertaken to exercise all subscription rights to which they are entitled. They will also take over in full any shares that are not subscribed for in the rights offering.
The subscription period runs from May 4 to 15, the subscription ratio is 8:1. (ah)
