Stoneedge Sicav announces capital increase
The Stoneedge Sicav fund is conducting a chapter increase from May 8 to 24. The maximum issue volume is a good CHF 51 million.
Up to 487,500 new shares will be issued at a subscription price of CHF 105.64, according to the fund. The new funds are earmarked for acquisitions, renovation projects and debt reduction. The payment of the new shares is scheduled for May 31.
The fund invests in western Switzerland, predominantly in residential properties, and has acquired properties for CHF 48.8 million in 2022, according to the fund. In the last fiscal year, the fund's total assets grew from CHF 179.8 million to CHF 231.3 million. The fund is managed by Global Funds SA of Geneva. (aw)
