The capital increases went ahead as planned, the investment foundation says. In both cases, they were carried out as a call of open capital commitments. The new entitlements were issued at NAV as of the end of April.

The Residential Real Estate Switzerland investment group increased its equity by CHF 57 million. The capital increase mainly serves to reduce the leverage ratio and to finance the ongoing construction projects.

The Healthcare Real Estate Switzerland investment group increased its equity by CHF 26 million. The fresh funds will be used to reduce the debt ratio and finance the ongoing new construction projects in Orbe (VD), Boudry (NE) and Kriens (LU) as well as the purchase of the new construction project in Bülach in March. The two new construction projects in Orbe and Boudry are scheduled for completion this year.

Further capital increases are under consideration for the second half of the year, Patrimonium reports. (aw)
