Espace Real Estate increases capital by 36.5 million
A capital increase with net proceeds of CHF 36.5 million at Espace Real Estate will flow mainly into capital contribution reserves.
A total of 241,413 new registered shares were offered at a subscription price of EUR 154.00. The two anchor shareholders Artemis Real Estate AG and the Dr. Christoph M. Müller family exercised all subscription rights to which they were entitled as part of the transaction and also assumed in full the shares not subscribed for as part of the rights offering in accordance with their obligation.
The allocation of funds from the capital increase will increase the capital contribution reserves by around CHF 34.2 million. They can be used for the future distribution of withholding tax-free dividends and income tax-free dividends for private individuals resident in Switzerland.
The first trading day for the new shares and delivery of the shares against payment of the subscription price is scheduled for May 22. (aw)
