Implenia is building the Bavarian State Theatre's rehearsal and workshop center in Munich. This is the third project that Implenia has carried out as total contractor for the Free State of Bavaria as the client. The order volume for Implenia amounts to more than 140 million euros.

In Switzerland, Implenia was commissioned by the client Swiss Life Asset Management AG as total contractor for the new replacement building "Besenrain-/Morgentalstrasse" in Zurich Wollishofen. The project comprises 36 rental apartments and 22 underground parking spaces. Handover is planned for the end of November 2024. SNBS Platinum certification is being sought for the new building.

Implenia was also awarded the contract by the SBB pension fund for a new replacement building on Katzenbachstrasse in Zurich-Seebach. The new building will include 30 rental apartments with a rear-ventilated wooden façade on three floors and 18 underground parking spaces. Completion is planned for February 2025. The apartments will be built to the Minergie-Eco standard. (aw)
