Privera reorganizes its corporate management
Tristan Fasnacht, the new Head of Property Management, joins the Executive Board of the real estate service provider. There is also a new extended management team.

On June 1, Tristan Fasnacht took over as Head of Facility Management at Privera and is a new member of the Executive Board. Fasnacht, a federally certified real estate trustee, is returning to Privera after a two-and-a-half-year stint as Head of Commercial Facility Management at Swiss Post: he held various management positions at the real estate service provider from 2015 to 2020, including managing the Bern branch.
With the appointment of Fasnacht, Privera is strengthening its main business, namely management. The permanent Executive Board consists of CEO Michael Stucki, CFO Daniel Jandric, Philipp Bigler (CHRO/CCO) and Tristan Fasnacht.
New extended management
Privera is also strengthening its management organization with an expanded Executive Board. The operational areas of property management, marketing, construction management, co-ownership, retail & site management and business services, which were previously combined in one large unit, will thus be given greater competence and importance, the company writes in the press release.
The extended Executive Board, which will take effect in this composition from June 1, includes Astrid Heinrich as Head of Key Account Management, Nicole Kuhn as Regional Head of Central Property Management, Gabriel Vonlanthen as Regional Head of Western Property Management, Pierre-Alain Cosendai as Head of Business Services, Marcel Frick as Head of Marketing/Construction Management and Oliver Westermann as Head of Real Estate Investor Solutions.
