Akara Diversity PK: Issue raises 14.7 million
The Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK has completed its capital increase announced in May. The proceeds were well below the maximum target announced.
According to Swiss Prime Site Solutions AG, 13,024 units were subscribed in the fund's 11th capital increase. The net issue price was CHF 1,129.15 per unit. The fund has thus raised CHF 14.7 million in new money. When the issue was announced, there was talk of up to 44,560 new units at an issue price of CHF 1,146.00. This would have meant fresh capital of up to CHF 50 million.
"The capital raised will be used to further develop the portfolios in line with the strategy and to implement the construction projects," the fund management company writes in a press release. (aw)
