Lakeward buys office property in Stuttgart
The Rise office building, which Zurich real estate investor Lakeward bought from Patrizia, is located close to Stuttgart's main train station.

The purchase of the Rise office building in Stuttgart has been completed, announces the investor Lakeward. The property is located in the North district of the city, within walking distance of the main railway station and the Europaviertel pedestrian zone. It has 11,000 square meters of rental space and the sole tenant is a Deutsche Bahn project company.
According to Lakeward, the aim is to exploit the property's potential for densification and modernization and, if necessary, to expand the property with additional usage options. CEO Simon Koenig says that the demand for modern workspaces in prime inner-city locations will remain high, particularly in Stuttgart, due to its topographical location and the limited availability of office space. "Against this backdrop, the potential of the new property is extremely significant."
The seller of Rise is the real estate investment manager Patrizia from Augsburg. (ah)
