Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV increases dividend slightly
Investors in Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV are to receive a dividend increase of 1.2%. Rental income increased in the 2022/23 financial year.
How the Banque Bonhôte & Cie SA announced that the the fund's rental income by 6% to over CHF 62 million. The net operating result for the year amounted to CHF 24.98 million, which represents a minimal increase on the previous year (CHF 24.87 million).
The building value, on the other hand, increased significantly by 10% to CHF 1.27 billion and the net asset value as at March 31, including all costs for appraisals and the acquisition of properties, amounted to CHF 124.75 per share, which corresponds to an increase of CHF 1.65.
The rental default rate fell from 3.39% to 1.76% compared to the previous year. The return on investment increased from 3.74% to 4.05%.
The fund management company is proposing a dividend increase of CHF 1.25% to CHF 3.25 at the Annual General Meeting. "Given the rather gloomy mood on the financial markets, these are pleasing results," writes the fund management company. (aw)
