GR Real Estate Switzerland completes capital increase
The GR Real Estate Switzerland fund has raised CHF 33 million in its latest capital increase. Issue proceeds of CHF 40 to 60 million had been announced.
Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV has issued a total of 294,630 new shares as part of the 3rd capital increase. The proceeds from the issue will be used to reduce the debt ratio, finance ongoing projects and expand the portfolio.
