Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds buys in Buchs and Suhr

The fund management of the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has announced a CHF 40 million capital increase. The proceeds will be used to make acquisitions in Aargau and St. Gallen.

Verit Investment Management has announced a capital increase of around CHF 40 million for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund. According to the fund management company, the proceeds from the issue will be used to further expand the portfolio.

The funds were used in particular to purchase a residential and commercial building in Buchs (SG) and the "Frohdörfli" residential development in Suhr (AG). According to the website, the residential area has 135 rental apartments in 18 buildings and was previously owned by the Profond Investment Foundation.

The capital increase is subject to developments on the capital market, Verit writes in a press release. The fund invests in sustainable new construction projects, existing buildings and conversions throughout Switzerland. The focus is on residential properties. Following the acquisition of the above-mentioned properties, the portfolio consists of 32 properties. (aw)
