The fund management company Immofonds Asset Management AG is acquiring a residential property in Ebikon (LU) from a Swiss pension fund for the real estate fund Immofonds Suburban by way of a contribution in kind. The transaction reportedly increases the value of the fund's real estate portfolio to around CHF 94 million with a residential component of 80%.
