Zurich: 830 sqm of office space let in the Franklinturm
The cosmetics company Kanebo has rented 830 square meters of office space in Zurich-Oerlikon. JLL advised the company on the lease.
Kanebo Cosmetics (Europa) AG is renting 830 square meters of office space in the Franklinturm at Hofwiesenstrasse 349 in Zurich-Oerlikon. This was announced by JLL Switzerland as the exclusive representative of the tenant.
On the site of the new Zurich-Oerlikon railroad station, an 80m-high high-rise building with 14,800 square meters of office and commercial space is being built according to plans by Armon Semadeni Architects from Zurich. The client is SBB Immobilien. Construction work began in 2020. (aw)
