According to the half-year report, the Akara Diversity fund increased its income from CHF 39.8 million to CHF 42.5 million. Expenses for mortgage interest increased significantly (from CHF 0.4 million to CHF 4.6 million), which was one of the reasons for a significant drop in net income. This fell from CHF 27.4 million in the previous year to CHF 23.9 million. Meanwhile, the item "unrealized capital gains" changed from CHF +3.1 million to CHF -9.3 million. Ultimately, the bottom line was an overall profit of CHF 14.6 million, compared to CHF 29.95 million in H1 2022.

The fund management states the cash flow return at 1.33%. The investment return amounts to 0.82%, with a revaluation share of 100% of the portfolio market value. Since launch, this has resulted in a cumulative overperformance of 5.40%, or an annualized overperformance of 0.62%. The tax-exempt distribution yield of 3.02% for 2022 is within the target range of previous years. It was issued to investors in April 2023. (aw)
