Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund seeks fresh money
The real estate fund intends to issue a good 416,000 new shares as part of a capital increase. The subscription period runs until September 26.

The fund management company Verit is carrying out a capital increase for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund, with a subscription period from September 6 to September 26. According to Verit, a maximum of 415,557 new units in the fund will be issued at a subscription price of CHF 96.33 net per unit. The issue could thus reach a volume of around CHF 40 million. The proceeds will be used to finance acquisitions.
The issue will be carried out on a commission basis (best effort) as part of a subscription offer in Switzerland. The new units will be offered to existing holders of units in the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund, with nine existing units entitling the holder to subscribe for one new unit. If existing investors do not exercise their subscription rights, the units will be offered to new investors. The planned payment date is September 29. (ah)
