Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds: Capital increase strongly underwritten
The issue only generated half as much money for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund as would have been possible. Nevertheless, the fund management is satisfied.
The capital increase for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has been completed. As announced by the fund management company Verit Investment Management, the fund has received new capital amounting to CHF 19.7 million. A total of 204,448 new units were issued at a net subscription price of CHF 96.33 per unit. The issue was thus clearly undersubscribed: Verit wanted to issue up to 415,557 new fund units, which would have given the issue a volume of around CHF 40 million.
Bernhard Klöpfer, CEO of Verit Investment Management, is nevertheless satisfied: "The capital increase met with interest from existing investors and we were once again able to attract new investors. Although the capital increase was underwritten, we are satisfied with the result in view of the current difficult situation on the financial markets."
The issue proceeds will be used to expand the real estate portfolio and develop the existing properties. The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund currently holds 33 properties, with a focus on residential real estate. (ah)
