Fundamenta raises 72 million for "Swiss Real Estate" investment group

The issue reportedly raised CHF 72.25 million. Despite the challenging market environment, it met with great interest from existing and new investors, the company writes in a press release. The investment foundation, which was established in 2019, will use the proceeds from the issue to invest in existing and new construction projects and to further expand its portfolio. 147 pension funds are invested in the investment group.

The "Swiss Real Estate" investment group focuses on direct investments in properties with residential and commercial use in Switzerland.
