Erop Generation AG was founded in May of this year by Andrea Blotti and Manuel Sassella in Lugano and consists of four companies: The development company Erop Real Estate & Partners AG, Impact Zero Real Estate AG, which focuses on urban renewal, energy-efficient refurbishment and new forms of housing, BIM Designers AG, which specializes in integrated design, and Live Melow AG, which aims to offer digital solutions and concepts for the rental sector.

With Erop, the two founders Blotti and Sassella want to create a multidisciplinary group that can become a platform for real estate investments. As the Lugano-based company has now announced, Fidinam Group Holding SA and Swiss Finance & Property Group AG (SFP) have invested in Erop Generation and have become the new shareholders.

As Blotti says, the two new partners Fidinam and SFP will accelerate Erop's growth strategy: The opening of a Zurich office is imminent, with an office in French-speaking Switzerland to follow.

Adrian Murer, CEO of the Swiss Finance & Property Group, says: "We see great potential in the area of real estate development and are convinced that this cooperation in Erop will enable us to offer attractive investment opportunities and real added value for our clients." (ah)
