Implenia wins contracts for two major projects
The two building construction projects in Germany have an order volume of CHF 96 million for Implenia.
Implenia is building two commercial real estate projects in Berlin and Essen for Beos, which is part of Swiss Life, and for Tüv Nord Immobilien. According to the company, Implenia's order volume for the two projects totals the equivalent of CHF 96 million (EUR 100 million). Both contracts were signed during the Expo Real real estate trade fair in Munich.
The construction project in Berlin involves two further construction phases of the Berlin Decks city campus in Berlin-Moabit, for which Implenia was commissioned by Beos AG together with its consortium partner Dressler Bau. Implenia has the technical lead. According to Implenia, the contract also includes the technically demanding tenant fit-out. The company is already building the first two phases of this urban quarter, which is due to be completed by 2026.
In Essen, Implenia is acting as general contractor for the client Tüv Nord Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, Implenia is constructing an office building with an adjoining workshop and an elevated garage with 220 parking spaces as well as a day care center. The project is part of the further development of the Technology Park North in Essen-Frillendorf. The project will start immediately and is scheduled for completion in summer 2025, according to Implenia. (ah)
