The Board of Trustees of the Dufour Investment Foundation was constituted at its first meeting and launched the "MV Swiiterra" investment group at the same time. The investment group invests in all funds of the Swiit real estate index, taking sustainability criteria into account.

The investment group offers professional investors the opportunity to invest passively in all listed Swiss real estate funds. The sustainability rating developed specifically for indirect real estate investments will form the basis for this. "MV Swiiterra is thus in a position to map the sustainability performance of real estate funds", according to a press release. The management of the Dufour Investment Foundation will be taken over by Quantus AG. Banque Bonhôte & Cie SA will act as portfolio manager. Caceis (Suisse) SA and Caceis Bank act as administrator and custodian bank respectively. MV Invest AG acts as investment and sustainability advisor to the investment group.

The Dufour Investment Foundation, based in Zurich Seefeld, sees itself as an open and independent investment foundation and is therefore also suitable for the contribution of properties from existing pension funds as contributions in kind, emphasize those responsible. The platform is also suitable for launching new investment strategies with a real estate focus.  (aw)
