SPA Real Estate Switzerland yields 1.74% in Q3
The portfolio of the SPA Real Estate Switzerland investment group grew significantly in the third quarter, while returns fell considerably as a result of devaluations.
The SPA Real Estate Switzerland investment group closed the third quarter of 2023 with a cumulative investment return of 1.74%. In the same quarter of the previous year, a return of 3.21% was generated. The new figure reflects a negative return on investment of -0.74%. By contrast, the cash flow return was positive at +2.48%.
Transactions and project investments increased the market value of the real estate portfolio from CHF 3.6 billion to CHF 3.9 billion. The vacancy rate fell from around 2.7% to 1.8%. (aw)
