Seraina Invest launches new investment group
The initial portfolio of SIF Living ESG consists of three apartment buildings with a total capital volume of CHF 65 million.
The Seraina Invest investment foundation has launched a new product on the market in the form of the SIF Living ESG investment group. According to Seraina Invest, the investment vehicle aims to combine real estate "with the highest construction and energy standards" and set "new standards for sustainable buildings in Switzerland".
The initial portfolio of the investment group launched on October 1 includes Glasi Haus Silvio in Bülach, the Gloggeguet property in Schaffhausen and Les Genêts in Geneva. According to Seraina Invest, the three properties are fully let, have a high ESG rating and use entirely non-fossil energy sources.
The rental properties have a total capital volume of CHF 65 million, originate from the Swiss Development Residential investment group and are to be supplemented by external acquisitions in 2024. According to previous statements, Seraina Invest aims to achieve a long-term target return of 3.50% to 5.0% p.a. with the SIF Living ESG investment group. (ah)
