Comunus SICAV with new capital increase

Comunus SICAV has decided to increase its capital. The issue volume amounts to up to around CHF 30 million.

The subscription period for the maximum of 173,110 shares begins on November 13 and runs until December 8. Payment is scheduled for December 18. The share price has been set at CHF 181.60. The funds from the capital increase will be used to purchase two residential properties in Geneva and Lausanne. These have high potential, the fund writes in a press release.

Comunus SICAV invests in residential and mixed-use properties in western Switzerland with potential for optimization. The value of the real estate portfolio currently totals almost CHF 500 million.
The last capital increase in the summer raised CHF 24.2 million. (aw)
