Epic Suisse expands its portfolio
Total income from investment properties increased to CHF 50.4 million in the first nine months of the current year.

Epic Suisse AG, Zurich, recorded higher income in the first nine months of 2023. According to the real estate company, the portfolio value has continued to increase since the beginning of the year: the market value rose to CHF 1.53 billion in the reporting period (end of 2022: CHF 1.50 billion). At CHF 1.446 billion, operating investment properties accounted for the vast majority of this; the value of investment properties under development or construction is estimated at CHF 84 million.
Epic Suisse reported total bank debt of CHF 618 million at the end of September, compared with CHF 596 million at the end of 2022.
Total income (rental income and other income) amounted to CHF 50.4 million (previous year: CHF 46.9 million). The net asset value amounted to CHF 809 million at the end of the third quarter compared to CHF 818 million at the end of 2022.
The publication of the figures coincided with the presentation of the Alrov Group's quarterly report on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The Alrov Group is the majority shareholder of Epic Suisse AG, which was founded in 2004. (bw)
