Stoneedge SICAV completes issue in full
Shares worth more than CHF 43 million were subscribed for in a capital increase.
The Stoneedge SICAV completed its latest capital increase on December 15. All the shares on offer were subscribed, i.e. a total of 407,724 shares. As a result, more than CHF 43 million was raised, the fund management company announced.
The funds from this issue are to be used for acquisitions and renovation projects. The fund invests in residential real estate in urban areas and aims to reach net assets of CHF 450 million in the medium term. The fund is managed by Global Funds SA and managed by Stoneedge Asset Management SA. (aw)
