Western Switzerland: Rilsa takes over real estate management from Omnia
The French-speaking Swiss real estate service provider Omnia is concentrating on the brokerage and development business and is handing over its management.
Rilsa SA is taking over all management activities and the management of condominiums from real estate management company Omnia Immobilier. The deal includes 600 managed real estate properties and 50 condominiums, mainly in the Nyon region, but also in Lausanne and Montreux. Following the transaction, Omnia intends to focus on its other business areas of brokerage services and real estate development. (aw)
